How much does a shoot cost?
Call or email for a quote. Pricing depends on the property and on which photos, video and fly-throughs you need.
How fast do I get my photos and video?
Photos arrive within 24 hours of the flight. Video and fly-throughs take longer because of editing, and we'll give you a delivery date when you book.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather and FAA approvals can delay a flight. If that happens, we reschedule for the first good window.
Do you shoot inside the home too?
Yes. We offer ground photography for interiors and exteriors, plus indoor fly-through tours with the DJI Avata 2 and Avata 360, and 360° walkthroughs with the Osmo 360.
Buyers can move through the home room by room, just like a showing.
Do you offer ongoing or retainer packages?
Yes. We offer custom ground and aerial photography retainers for realtors and businesses.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured.
What area do you cover?
We cover Genesee, Oakland, Lapeer, Livingston, Shiawassee, Saginaw and Tuscola counties. Jobs outside those counties are available, with travel added.
